How to order

In order to not get overwhelmed and keep customer satisfaction as high as possible, the process starts with paying your deposit to hold your place in line.  That deposit is 100% refundable until I actually do some work for you. The deposit is used as the one time setup charge.

Engraving Deposit

The custom design process

After you remit your deposit, you are in line and when your name comes up the queue, I will email you to send me your logo and/or what text you want on your product. I have a selection of different fonts available but if you have a specific font in mind, please let me know. I will then prepare some proofs and email them to you for approval. You chose the design you want, or we can make changes until you’re happy with the design of it.  

Placing your order

Once you’ve approved your design for engraving, you will go back to the website, order and pay for the selection you want.

Subsequent orders can just be placed, there’s no need to go through the deposit process again.

Engraving

Once you have placed your finalized order, we will then get the design drawn up in our laser program and ready your products for engraving. Your custom products will be engraved as closely as possible to your final design choice. Jump rings with clasp are then installed on all the products that require them. *The jump ring and clasp are included in the price. Products are then individually sealed and are packaged for shipping.
